4. How We Use Your Data
To provide the platform service, send receipts, compliance deadline alerts, and product updates.
5. Data Retention
Account data: duration of subscription + 3 years (legal requirement). DPP data: 10 years (EU audit requirement). Logs: 90 days. Cookies: session or 1 year.
6. Your Rights
Access (Art.15), Rectification (Art.16), Erasure (Art.17), Portability (Art.20), Objection (Art.21). Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Exercise rights via the GDPR Rights Center or email [email protected].

2. Account Registration
Must be a business entity. Accurate information required.
3. Subscription & Payments
Auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices in EUR + applicable VAT. Billing via Stripe.
4. Free Trial
14 days, no credit card required. Automatic cancellation at end of trial.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of DPP data and regulatory compliance is the customer's responsibility, not PassportEU's.
6. Uptime SLA
99.5% monthly availability (Starter/Professional), 99.9% (Enterprise).
7. Acceptable Use
No false product data, no competitor scraping, no circumventing plan limits.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform owned by PassportEU. Customer owns their DPP data.
9. Limitation of Liability
PassportEU is not liable for customer's regulatory non-compliance.
10. Governing Law
Republic of Ireland (EU member state, English-language legal system).
11. Dispute Resolution
Irish courts. EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Termination
Either party with 30 days notice. Data export available for 90 days after cancellation.

Refund Policy
